City Goes Red Cincy 2014

Join us for the 2015 Go Red For Women Luncheon in Cincinnati.  Did you know that heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the United States? It kills nearly half a million women each year at the rate of about one per minute.

Yet, there is hope. The American Heart Association’s
Go Red For Women® movement seeks to provide women with the tools and resources they need to reduce their risk for heart disease and stroke.

The Cincinnati Go Red For Women Luncheon is a life-changing experience that focuses on three areas to support the fight against heart disease in women: heightening awareness of the issue, creating a passionate call-to-action and generating funds to support education and research.

The event begins with free health screenings, exhibits, boutique shopping and educational sessions.  A luncheon and keynote address follows at noon and ends with a special red dress fashion show by the UC DAAP Fashion Design students.

Be sure to take your seat with other women (and men) as we speak up together to beat the No. 1 killer of women.
