Michigan Schools CPR/AED Drill Week is coming up the first week of February.

There is a coalition in Michigan, including the American Heart Association, who are encouraging our Michigan Schools to make the commitment to hold a CPR/AED Practice Drill during this time.

It is also an opportunity to raise awareness for the need for AEDs and proper training.  Less than one-third of sudden cardiac arrest victims are administered immediate CPR from bystanders. Michigan Schools CPR/AED Drill Week is equipping students to act in emergencies and ultimately save lives.
