Honey-Ginger Fruit Dip

Description

Fresh ginger adds the "wow" factor to this dip. It is especially good with crisp apple or pear slices.

Ingredients

1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon grated peeled gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
