At the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, we often get requests from the media, companies, schools, etc. for individuals to come and speak or just share their story. If your story fits a request made to us, we will contact you and ask for your permission to use your story. We do not share this information without prior permission from you. Kids, be sure to get your parent?s permission to get involved with us. If you are under 18 we will need a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian before publishing your story.
