The Go Red for Women Venture Fund™ invests across a spectrum of cardiovascular health, brain health and related conditions in alignment with the Association’s strategic focus on improving women’s health at every age, stage and season of life.
We invest in companies at the Series A and Series B stages whose products or services address conditions that affect women exclusively, differently or disproportionately. Through focused investment that translates science into action, we are sparking real-world change and making a measurable difference in women’s lives.

The Social Impact Funds support for-profit and nonprofit organizations tackling the social drivers of health through a program of investments, loans and grants.
We focus on health care access and quality, food security and economic empowerment — social factors that have a direct correlation to cardiovascular risk, health outcomes and longevity. Our model supports the sustainability and expansion of evidence-based solutions across diverse markets and issues.

Cardeation Capital invests in innovative health care products, services and technologies that align with the American Heart Association’s mission. As a collaboration between Aphelion Capital and the American Heart Association, the fund is managed by Aphelion Capital and supported by Philips, UPMC Enterprises and RTC Ventures.
The fund aids thoughtful entrepreneurs and their companies in attaining commercial success, ultimately driving better outcomes and reducing costs in our health care system.
