The American Heart Association recognizes hospitals and organizations that demonstrate commitment and achievement in quality improvement across various measurement criteria. Organizations that participate actively and consistently are eligible.

Rural Recognition Programs
All hospitals participating in Get With The Guidelines - Stroke, Heart Failure or Coronary Artery Disease are eligible for recognition under the rural award program.
