Holistic person-centered care on the whole continuum: Collaboration and respect for all maternity team members, including midwives, doulas, mental health practitioners, and community health workers.

Systems Risk Identification and Stratification: During routine pre-conception and interconception care, including screening for cardiovascular risk factors (blood pressure, fasting lipid panel, weight, glucose intolerance/diabetes, and other biomarkers).
